Executive Board Officers
Franklin Borough Volunteer Fire Company, No. 1 is governed by an Executive Board, which consists of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and 3 Trustees. These officers are all elected by the company’s membership and are responsible for the management of department business, such as budgeting/finances, administration, and disciplinary procedures.

Fire Line Officers
The fire line officers are responsible for command of all fire ground operations, conducting training, filing reports, and ensuring that the department’s station, apparatus, and equipment are maintained in good working condition. The department’s chief officers are elected by the company’s membership; the chiefs appoint the captains and lieutenants.
