Firefighters from Franklin and East Taylor spent Saturday July 17th at the Hinkston Run reservior training on pump operations. Firefighters from each department took turns connecting the pumper/rescue trucks to the dry hydrant and pumping attack lines, master stream devices, and Truck 5-1’s aerial master stream. The training helped refresh the skills of older driver/operators and gave the newer driver/operators some practice and experience operating the pumps.
